Converted a convent into an art center. Manage a facility which houses dozens of artists and arts organizations. The artists and community are served through education, mentoring, and by providing artist's work space.

Together with five others, envisioned, created and implemented the initial PSi conference/festival. Co-created a performance cabaret on the topic of food and performance.

Worked with three others to maintain a large arts center in Manhattan.  The facility included three theaters, fifteen art studios and a resident theater company.

West Coast Women and Theater Conference/Festival

Co-Director  

1987-88

Created and managed a conference that brought together over 200 women working in theater to San Francisco for a weekend of workshops, performances and lectures on issues pertinent to women in the theater.
