Together with five others, envisioned, created and implemented the initial PSi conference/festival. Co-created a performance cabaret on the topic of food and performance.

West Coast Women and Theater Conference/Festival
Co-Director
1987-88
Created and managed a conference that brought together over 200 women working in theater to San Francisco for a weekend of workshops, performances and lectures on issues pertinent to women in the theater.
